Bathhouse

Gentle conversation is welcome to support connection and community. Unlike Silent Sessions, quiet isn’t required, but please speak mindfully. If things get too loud, we may ask you to lower your volume.

Silent Hours

We have silent hours listed on our booking page, we recomend attending these sessions solo and spending some quality time with yourself

Peak Times

Friday, Saturday, Sunday & Holidays tend to be busier with guests connecting with friends and family. These sessions are best booked with a friend/friends.

Bookings

All bookings are non-refundable, once you purchase your session/passes, it will automatically be added to your account.

⚠️ 12-Hour Notice Required for Bathhouse cancellations/re-schedule

Group Bookings Bathhouse

⚠️ 24-Hour Notice Required for Massage cancellations/re-schedule

‍To reschedule or cancel, you must give at least 12 hours’ notice for the bathhouse and 24 hours notice for massages, or your session will be forfeited.

We welcome groups of up to 6 guests for our Bathhouse and Infrared services (Massage and facials are individual bookings only)

To group book bathhouse only:

1. Select “2–6 Guests” from the drop-down.
2. Enter each guest’s details and selected services individually.

Group Bookings Infrared + Bathhouse

We welcome groups of up to 4 guests for our Bathhouse and/or Infrared services (Massage and facials are individual bookings only)

To group book bathhouse and/or infrared:

1. Choose the required service from the service menu
2. Choose the correct size sauna for you and your guests (our large and extra large saunas allow a larger number of guests)

Massage/Facial Bookings

Our massages and facials are in high demand.
If unavailable, try selecting a different day or time.

Indivdual bookings only, no groups.

Gift Voucher Bookings

Book as normal. Your card secures the booking, but no payment will be taken.

‍

Member Bookings

Members book the same way.
Your card will secure the booking, but no charge is made—your Membership Credits apply at check-in.

Availability

If no times are showing, it means we are fully booked. Please try another day.

Refund Policy

⚠️ Non-Refundable
All service and gift card purchases are final and cannot be refunded under any circumstances.

⚠️ Non-Transferable
All service and gift card purchases are for the purchaser/designated recipient only and cannot be shared.
