Private infrared, complete with your own shower and change space—designed for deep heat, quiet retreat, and uninterrupted stillness. An iPad is provided with access to Spotify and Netflix, offering curated soundscapes, guided meditations, podcasts, or a show to help you fully unwind.

Infrared guidlines

Begginers we reccomend, 10-15 minutes at a time, lower temperatures (around 45-50°C or 113-122°F).

Experienced we reccomend, 20-60 minutes at a time, lower temperatures (around 60-75°C or 113-122°F).

Temperature Ranges:

  • Detoxification: 44–55°C (113–131°F)
  • Recovery: 55–65°C (131–149°F)
  • General Wellness: 45–60°C (113–140°F)

Chronotherapy

Your overhead Infrared LED light is adjustable using the button to the right of the light panel.

Color Meanings & Benefits:

🔴 Red – Boosts circulation, increases energy, and supports muscle recovery.
🟠 Orange – Enhances creativity, uplifts mood, and encourages emotional balance.
🟡 Yellow – Stimulates mental clarity, focus, and positivity.
🟢 Green – Promotes harmony, reduces stress, and encourages healing.
🔵 Blue – Calms the nervous system, aids in relaxation, and improves sleep quality.
🟣 Purple – Encourages deep meditation, spiritual awareness, and inner peace.
White – Supports overall healing and balance by combining all color wavelengths.

Listen to Your Body: If you feel dizzy, uncomfortable, or unwell, leave the sauna and hydrate.

Frequency: Aim for 3-4 sessions per week for general wellness, or more frequently if you have specific health goals.

Tips for a Safe and Effective Sauna Session:

Stay Hydrated: Drink plenty of water before, during, and after your sauna session to replace lost fluids.

Rinse Off: Shower after your sauna to wash off any toxins you sweated out before they can be reabsorbed through your skin.

Avoid Alcohol: Do not mix alcohol with sauna use.

Start Slow: If you are new to infrared saunas, start with shorter sessions and lower temperatures to allow your body to adjust.
